Apply for your prior learning to be recognized
A great many job-seekers who have talents but lack a degree from a university or community knowledge are not aware that they can use their prior knowledge to apply for a certification that is nationally- and internationally-recognized. By enrolling in a Recognition of Prior Learning or RPL course, you’ll undergo a series of eligibility checks, skills assessments, and evidence checks of the prior skills that you have. Once you have completed the course, you’ll then be issued a skills recognition that you can present to your prospective employer in much the way you would show a college diploma.
Get an apprenticeship
Since the time of DaVinci and the other great Masters of the Renaissance, there have been skilled artists and craftsmen who undergo apprenticeship to hone their talents and skills for personal improvement or potential employment. Get a diploma or certificate course
Just like online and technical/vocational courses, a diploma or certificate course could help you get employed eventually. These courses typically require a minimal fee to take while some are sponsored or even free. Just do some scouting and you’ll surely find one available.
